I have been married to Jerry for over 25 years and yes, I still love him. I am an avid reader, often reading multiple books at one time and yes, I can keep up with the characters and story line that belongs to each. I enjoy crafts and gardening, however my work schedule does not allow much of either. I am a driven person, so I work a lot. On Gather, I'm Looking For ...: People who enjoy reading and 'No" I dont' want to meet people or get involved. I just like to read the great posts that people have, some are very entertaining and some spark little used ares of the brain. I like to keep the grey matter active. Interests Lately I've been listening to: All of the above I'm currently reading: The Night World Series by L J Smith - Teen Series The last movie I watched was: Seven Pounds with Will Smith My must-see show is: Sons of Anarchy I'd love to visit: Vietnam-I have heard stories, not all good, but would love to see it now. I'm curious about: That one makes me think- because it is everything. Topping my Wish List is: Hugging my grandsons at Christmas this year. Favorite Music, Artists, Genres: I love all types of music. In my car, I have a 5 disc changer - it inlcudes seletions from Blackeyed Peas, a Christian music cd or 2, The Four Seasons, Van Morrison, Michael Buble' and at least one R&B cd. Favorite Books, Writers, Genres: Once again, my taste varies. I have been reading some teen books on vampires, witches, shapeshifters, etc. JR Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood Series, Sherylin Kenyon's Dark Hunter & Dream Hunter Series, Patterson, Cussler, Baldacci, Nora Roberts and many more. I just can't help myself. I read one book and feel compelled to devour every book the writer has in print. Favorite Movies, Actors, Genres: Horror Movies - Always my favorite., Action/Adventure - Jerry will actually watch most of these with me. Favorite TV Shows, Actors: Charmed - I think I have watched them all at least twice. Supernatural - love the story line this has taken over the past 2 seasons. Sons of Anarchy - Love this show! Fringe, Dark Blue... I TiVo and watch when I can. Favorite Places: A book, a chair, 75-85 degrees, a nice breeze, some water nearby or lots of trees and I am happy. , My home - floating in the pool with the girls on Saturdays, watching football or NASCAR with Jerry on Sundays, and seeing my kids on Ohio or my sister in Hawaii. Interests and Activities: I love to read, that is a given. I like to sew, knit, crochet, do needlework, make jewelry and scrapbook. I love to garden and work in the dirt. Cooking is fun, when I have some time. I work 9-10 hours a day and do laundry and iron on the weekends - not a lot of time for activities.
